The Lisbon Strategy

At its session on 5 April 2007, the Government of the Repubublic of Slovenia has appointed Dr Žiga Turk the national coordinator for the implementation of the Lisbon Strategy.

 

At its session on 11 October 2007, Government of the Republic of Slovenia has adopted the Implementation Report of the Reform Program for Achieving the Lisbon Strategy Goals (view report)

  

Resolution on National Development Projects for the period 2007-2023 (view document)

At its session on 12 October 2006, the Government of the Republic of Slovenia adopted the Resolution on National Development Projects for the period 2007-2023.


The Resolution includes key development investment projects in the realisation of which the state will participate. It is about those projects whose implementation will concentrate its initiatives and funds on the national as well as regional level by means of which a development breakthrough of the state as a whole will be made. The purpose of the resolution is to provide a faster achievement of the Slovenian Development Strategy and National Development Prigramme goals by clearly setting out priority national development projects from 2007 to 2023.
